A 50% deposit is due at the time making a reservation – the deposit is non-refundable. We will be happy, however, to refund any portion of your reservation that can be resold. There is a high probability we can resell your hunt given a couple months advance notice and will return your payment as soon as your dates are rebooked by another party. It is usually not possible to resell your hunting positions when only a couple of weeks advance notification of cancellation is given; in that case, you will be charged in full for the number of guests and number of days booked. May groups have alternate hunters in mind to fill in for last minute guest cancellations.
